Job Overview

Position: Batter/Breader Operator – 1st Shift at Albertville Plant I ).

Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Albertville, VA (Plant I).

• Adjust breading machines to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to customer specifications.
• Lift and dump bags of flour weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Verify that correct ingredients are being used.
• Interpret and execute directions from product specification sheets.
• Adjust product flow.
• Work in a cold/wet environment (45°F / 7°C).
• Stand for an 8‑hour shift.
• Be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO₂, and moving equipment.
• Work in a dusty environment.
• Stoop and reach overhead, bending and twisting.

Pay: $13.50 per hour.

• $1 per hour weekly attendance incentive.
• $1 per hour night shift premium.
• Pay increases at 30 and 90 days.
