HIRING CNC Machinist to Produce Custom Precision Parts for Machinery
The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating parts using CNC machines with 6 months to 1 year of experience. Paid weekly. Proof can set up, edit and run CNC. Starting pay increases quickly by $3 to $4. 1st shift work 5 days; 2nd shift 4 days, 10 hour.
Full time position.
Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining operations.
- Program and adjust machine controls to regulate factors such as cutting depth, speed, feed, and coolant flow.
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments like coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Proof can set up, edit and run CNC.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year CNC experience.
- Proficiency in Solid Works or CAD software for reading technical drawings.
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations and blueprint reading.
