Position Summary:
Responsible for hand portioning product to customer specifications:
Uses a knife to cut boneless raw products into customer specified piece sizes. Ability to manually manipulate chicken breasts and tenders into a position to maximize yield. Ability to climb stairs. Ability to work in a cold/wet environment. (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius) Ability to stand for 8-hour shift. Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment.
