Position Summary:

Responsible for adjusting breading machines to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to customer specifications:
Lift and dump bags of flour weighing up to 80 pounds. Verify correct ingredients are being used. Interpret and execute directions from product spec sheets. Adjust product flow. Ability to work in a cold/wet environment. (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius) Ability to stand for 8-hour shift. Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment. Ability to work in a dusty environment.
