Join our team as a Registered Nurse, providing compassionate, individualized care to support patient recovery in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities Include- Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families to understand their unique needs.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure coordinated care and providing direct patient care when necessary.
- Supporting and serving as a resource for fellow staff, especially with complex patient needs.
- Celebrating patient milestones and achievements.
- Valid RN licensure according to state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification is a plus.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
Skills and qualities: Compassionate communication, teamwork, ability to assess and plan care, and dedication to patient recovery and well-being.
