Inplant Supervisor CM

7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Oversee in‑plant operations at the assigned customer. Responsibilities include maintaining operating expenses, employee development, performance monitoring, implementing standard procedures, KPI reporting, vacation coverage scheduling, and safety.

• Act as point person in operational in‑plant matters for the customer and Sun Chemical; coordinate with Sales and Customer Tech Service leadership to ensure technical support.
• Complete in‑plant personnel performance management reviews; coordinate training and development programs; work closely with Regional Manager and HR regarding employee relations.
• Provide strong press‑side technical support.
• Perform color matching and formulation as needed.
• Lead continuous process improvement.
• Maintain detailed production and QC records.

• BS Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5 years of general industrial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High degree of interpersonal skills.
• Strong written communication skills for reporting.
• Experienced with dispensing software platforms (Novaflow, Mixmaster, etc.) and color‑matching technologies (X‑Rite, GSL, etc.).
• Strong pressroom and printing process knowledge.
