Job Description

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment and assets.
• Ensure a safe workplace and compliance with Tyson policies and procedures.
• Work overtime and weekends; schedule 6 days a week (7 if production works on Saturday).
• Stand, push, pull, or lift over 40 lbs. and climb ladders above 10 feet.
• Use LOTO, Fall Protection, Ladders, Forklifts, and Pallet Jacks.
• Be a member of the Plant Hazmat Team.
• Complete computer‑based training and enter work into the SAP system.

• Minimum of 6 months industrial maintenance experience or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program.
• Work on concrete floor for approximately 8.5 hours per day.
