Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Refrigeration Maintenance Tech
Applicants will be considered for any refrigeration maintenance tech position open. If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for an interview.
Applicants must be willing to work overtime and weekends. Some departments are hot/wet, and some are cold/wet. Position requires pushing, pulling, or lifting over 40 lbs. and climbing ladders above 10 feet. The work schedule is 6 days a week and 7 if production works on Saturday.
Position requires standing approximately 8.5 hours/day on concrete floor.
Requires being a member of the Plant Hazmat Team.
Must be able to complete computer-based training and entering work into the SAP system.
Requires using SCBA equipment. All other duties assigned by management.
Applicants must have at least 6 months' industrial refrigeration experience or be a recent graduate from an accredited school for industrial refrigeration. Position requires passing a Level 4 pulmonary function test and physical and be recertified each year to maintain position. Requires being clean shaven to get a proper fit while using SCBA equipment.
