Refrigeration Maintenance Technician

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct work in hot/wet and cold/wet environments.
• Push, pull, or lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladders up to 10 feet.
• Stand approximately 8.5 hours per day on a concrete floor.

• Minimum 6 months’ industrial refrigeration experience or recent graduate from an accredited program in industrial refrigeration.
• Pass a Level 4 pulmonary function test and remain recertified annually.
• Clean shaven to properly fit SCBA equipment.
• Member of the Plant Hazmat Team.
• Able to complete computer‑based training and enter work into the SAP system.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and a 2nd‑shift schedule (6 days a week, 7 days if production runs on Saturday).

• Lift, push or pull up to 40 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 10 feet.
• Use SCBA equipment as required.

2nd Shift. 6 days a week with the possibility of a 7th day if production requires.
