The Operator Shipping & Receiving IIplays a vital role in daily warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping products, loading and unloading inventory, stocking shelves, processing orders, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience required
• Power equipment experience required

• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment
• Receive, stock, and distribute inventory accurately
• Prepare, process, and invoice customer orders
• Assist customers picking up merchandise
• Operate handheld scanners and warehouse software to ensure shipment accuracy
• Prioritize and complete time-sensitive tasks independently
• Navigate multiple systems and websites to perform job functions
• Resolve routine departmental issues and escalations
• Provide professional and effective communication with customers and team members
• Support basic customer service functions as needed
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Manager

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Frequently lift and carry 10–20 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform repetitive movements
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout the entire shift
