CLA is currently seeking a Senior to join our Accounting Tax Services (CAAS) group in our Dallas TX, Minneapolis MN, Charlotte NC, Tampa FL, King of Prussia PA, Milwaukee WI, Albuquerque NM, or Fort Worth TX office.
Job Responsibilities- Review Analyst and Associate work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to ATS standards across monthly, quarterly, and annual engagements; ensure financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries are accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Manage multiple client accounts, proactively monitoring deadlines, coordinating follow‑ups, identifying missing information, and resolving issues to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables; maintain organized work papers and documentation that meet ATS and firm standards.
- Mentor and develop team members, including Associates and new ATS hires, by providing training, shadowing opportunities, and ongoing feedback that supports skill growth and consistent work quality.
- Strengthen team processes and quality, partnering with ATS leadership to reinforce SOPs, workflows, and review‑readiness expectations.
- Drive process and systems improvements by identifying trends, root‑cause issues, and gaps, and by leveraging accounting systems and automation tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- 2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
