Key Responsibilities Oversee multi-state payroll processing and ensure accurate payroll accounting Manage payroll tax compliance, filings, and payments Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and audit support
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5 years or more of progressive accounting experience with payroll and tax responsibilities Strong knowledge of payroll accounting and multi-state compliance
Experience with payroll systems such as Paylocity, ADP, or Workday Familiarity with US GAAP and ability to work in a remote environment
