As a Permanent Staff Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic Accounting + Finance team. This position is ideal for an ambitious professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for helping businesses thrive. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of financial tasks, providing essential support to our team and clients. This role is more than just crunching numbers;

it's about providing strategies and solutions that have a real impact on the success of our clients' businesses.

• Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, interpreting, and reporting appropriate financial data.
• Advise clients on the tax implications of their business objectives, assisting them in making financially beneficial decisions.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a complete and accurate general ledger, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and compliant with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with the financial team to streamline accounting functions and operations.
• Implement effective strategies for financial success, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and financial needs.
• Continually update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
• Proven experience advising clients on the tax implications of their business objectives.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong in Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
