Position SummaryResponsible for assisting in processing accounts payable in an efficient manner and making payments on a timely and accurate basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Accurately matches Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, and Accounts Payable documents in order to enter invoice information.
- Actively researches invoice problems such as pricing, wrong quantities, and no purchase orders.
- Assists in maintaining complete vendor information and contract files.
- Assists in maintaining W‑9 and 1099 reporting.
- Assists in reconciling open invoice reports to general ledger balance.
- Ensures all vendor discounts are taken.
- Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and they are expected to report to work based upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo of Sandia.
- Performs additional duties as necessary.
This position has Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) identified as a measure of success. KPI’s will be shared with all team members who work in this job title and feedback will be provided regarding the successful completion of the KPI’s as part of the performance review process.

- Ability to work odd and unusual hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.

- Ability to use discretion in working with sensitive and confidential records.
Education and Experience
- Required:
- High School Diploma or GED certification.
- One (1) year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Preferred:
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field.
- Note:
Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy education and/or work experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required STGC Gaming License.
- Will require a pre‑employment and random drug screening.
