We are seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Accounting Specialist to join our accounting team. In this critical role, you will support the dealership’s daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, journal entries, and vehicle deal processing.

• Previous accounting experience required
• Automotive dealership accounting experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles
• Experience with dealership software platforms such as Tekion, Dealer track, or similar systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Positive attitude and collaborative team‑oriented approach
• Proficient in computer and data entry skills

Primarily office‑based environment within an automotive dealership

Frequent use of computers, calculators, telephones, and office equipment

Requires prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and reviewing financial records

Occasional lifting of files or office materials up to 20 pounds

Fast‑paced environment requiring strong attention to detail and adaptability

Competitive hourly pay of $22.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience
