Payroll Specalist

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for employees across multiple departments
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Assist with payroll tax filings and reporting
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with HR and accounting on employee changes and reporting needs
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation

• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Experience with multi‑state payroll processing preferred
• Proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
