Job DetailsSalary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

- Process weekly and biweekly payroll for employees across multiple departments
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Assist with payroll tax filings and reporting
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and accounting on employee changes and reporting needs
- Support audits and maintain proper documentation
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Experience with multi‑state payroll processing preferred
- Proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
