Accounts Receivable Clerk
Robert Half is looking to hire for one of our top clients in Albuquerque, MN for an Accounts Receivable Clerk opportunity on a 3-month contract with a high probability of extension.
Location:
On-site – Albuquerque, MN
Anticipated Duration: 3-month contract with high probability of extension
Anticipated Pay: $17.91/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply customer payments accurately using multiple payment methods including checks, EFT, online bill pay, and cash.
- Research, reconcile, and resolve account discrepancies, credits, and payment issues.
- Maintain and manage a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring accurate notes, contact information, and account status.
- Perform collections activities, courtesy calls, statement distribution, and follow established credit policies and procedures.
- Partner with Sales and internal departments to resolve disputes and provide timely customer support.
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.
