Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM, for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle routine administrative tasks, including maintaining office organization, managing schedules, answering and directing phone calls, preparing documents, and providing support to executives. They will also ensure efficient day-to-day operations and support the overall administrative needs of the office.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organizational efficiency and maintaining records
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, with capability to support management and handle confidential information
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus
