Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can wear many hats and keep things organized? Are you detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring smooth operations? If so, then this Reception Support Specialist position is for you!

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team and provide exceptional administrative support in our client's Albuquerque Office.

Responsibilities
  • Answer/transfer calls, greet visitors, identify purpose of visit.
  • Shipping and receiving using USPS, Fed Ex and UPS portals.
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
  • Maintain employee whereabouts and other employee used lists/reports.
  • Maintain multiple scheduling calendars; recurring appointments, inventory of field equipment and company vehicles.
  • Maintain breakroom/coffee supplies and other vendor services as needed.
  • Assist with accounting tasks; issue PO numbers, scan invoices, assist with expense receipts as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company events (e.g., conferences, meetings, social events).
Qualifications
  • Ability to provide friendly and exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients, a must.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of front desk experience or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), with PowerPoint and Access a plus.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Desire to learn and grow in the administrative field.
  • Dress code is business casual. No tank tops.
