Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can wear many hats and keep things organized? Are you detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring smooth operations? If so, then this Reception Support Specialist position is for you!
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team and provide exceptional administrative support in our client's Albuquerque Office.
Responsibilities- Answer/transfer calls, greet visitors, identify purpose of visit.
- Shipping and receiving using USPS, Fed Ex and UPS portals.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
- Maintain employee whereabouts and other employee used lists/reports.
- Maintain multiple scheduling calendars; recurring appointments, inventory of field equipment and company vehicles.
- Maintain breakroom/coffee supplies and other vendor services as needed.
- Assist with accounting tasks; issue PO numbers, scan invoices, assist with expense receipts as needed.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
- Assist with planning and coordinating company events (e.g., conferences, meetings, social events).
- Ability to provide friendly and exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients, a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of 2 years of front desk experience or similar role.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), with PowerPoint and Access a plus.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Desire to learn and grow in the administrative field.
- Dress code is business casual. No tank tops.
