Summary
Core duties of a Fabrication Project Clerk include maintaining data integrity and organizing information efficiently. Tasks are to be accomplished within well‑defined procedural time limits, with occasional non‑routine work involved. Ensure open communication with Project Administrative Manager and Project Assistants on a daily basis.
Essential Functions- Data entry: accurately input information into databases or content management systems
- Prioritize appropriately with good time management skills.
- Work cohesively with all team members and produce quality work while meeting deadlines.
- File electronically using alpha numeric systems.
- Proficient with various office equipment, including copiers, scanners and computers.
- Visual stamina: ability to focus on screen‑based tasks for extended periods.
- Attention to detail: high accuracy in reviewing video content.
- Data Entry & Transcription: input information into spreadsheets and SharePoint.
- Quality Assurance: review data for accuracy, identifying and correcting errors or missing information.
- Content Verification: cross‑reference content with source documents to ensure data integrity.
- Data Organization: sort, store, and backup digital video files securely.
- Meetings – per PA or PM request.
- Discrepancy Resolution: review source documents and company files to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Clerical knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as word processing, spreadsheet maintenance, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
- English Language knowledge.
- Customer and personal service principles and processes.
- Computers – knowledge of computer software, including applications.
- Administration and Management – basic knowledge of business principles involved in planning and production methods.
- Communication – effectively communicating as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
- Active Listening – giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Reading Comprehension – understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work‑related documents.
