• Minimum 4+ years full‑time experience as a Medical Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Based in the US, UK, or Canada
• Hourly compensation competitive based on background and location (U.S. pay scale provided)
• Work is fully asynchronous and can be scheduled around your schedule
• Commit a minimum of 15 hours per week (hour availability varies week‑to‑week)
• Project duration estimated through end of 2025 (may change)
• Need access to a desktop or laptop;
  Chromebook users not accepted

Compensation and legal status

• Industry‑standard weekly pay via Stripe Connect based on hours worked
• Contractor classified as at‑will for Merco
• No current support for H1‑B or STEM OPT status candidates
