Position Summary

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; at least 1 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with performing accounting procedures with attention to detail. Familiarity with supplies, equipment, and services procurement processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in managing calendars and scheduling appointments efficiently. Ability to understand and follow detailed procedures accurately. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficient in word processing, data entry, and related software applications. Experience using standard office equipment effectively.
Capable of creating, composing, and editing written materials with clarity and precision. Strong organizational and coordination skills for handling multiple tasks.
