We are seeking an Administrative/General Clerk to provide program and administrative assistance for a Program Management Support project in Albuquerque, New Mexico, supporting law enforcement operations across the Southwest region. The role is onsite and involves a variety of office and clerical tasks related to HR services and program staffing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive and administrative support
  • Offer clerical, technical, and administrative assistance to the staffing program
  • Review pre‑employment documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries regarding HR services via telephone and email
  • Conduct HR internet searches, prepare reports, enter data, and complete forms using government computer systems and office automation software
  • Work with staff and clients in a professional, tactful, diplomatic manner with a positive attitude
  • Attend mandatory training, in‑service, company, and client meetings
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned on an as‑needed basis
  • Compile and organize reports and use conventional office equipment and supplies provided by the government
Required Experience and Knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Knowledge of English language structure, composition rules, and grammar
  • Ability to meet planned and unplanned deadlines in a timely manner
  • Dress in business casual in accordance with dress standards
  • Physical requirements:

    primarily sedentary; may periodically bend, lift, and deposit documents and small office supplies in routine course of duties
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
  • Resourcefulness and ability to function in a fast‑paced environment
  • Professionalism and ability to interact effectively with others
Required Education and Certifications
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) [required]
Required Security Clearance
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain an active Public Trust or higher clearance
