Compensation: $15.00
Limited Term End Date: 6-30-2027
Position SummaryServes as the first contact for the department.
Duties & Responsibilities- Greets and directs prospective students and visitors;
- Routes telephone calls and schedules appointments.
- Coordinates daily front desk activities, including maintaining key inventory, database maintenance, and data entry.
- Performs word processing tasks: business correspondence, forms, tables, labels, flyers, posters, and other office documents.
- Tracks and files office documents, purchase orders and invoices.
- Provides back‑up coverage for other office staff.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Attends off‑campus events in the community, provides presentations to prospective students, assists with admissions applications and onboarding.
- Conducts campus tours and assists with special projects.
- Student ambassadors are cross‑trained to support different areas of the Enrollment Management and Student Success division on an as‑needed basis.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program.
- Registered for at least 6 credit hours each term (excluding summer).
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (maximum 30 hours per week).
- Occasional evening and weekend hours required.
- After earning a CNM degree, may remain employed for one additional term after graduating, subject to the above requirements.
