Student Facilities Stock Clerk

Position Summary

The University of New Mexico Student Health and Counseling(SHAC) is seeking highly motivated student applicants to join our team as a Facilities Stock Clerk
. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with talking topeers and assisting with their needs. Must be an enthusiastic and team-oriented person who is self-driven with good initiative and prepared to ask questionswhen warranted.

• Using online portals to order and receive medical supplies
• Work with vendors to process returns and follow up on orders
• Maintain stock room
• Fulfill orders placed by SHAC medical departments
• Assist with maintaining stock of PPE gear around SHAC
• Other light duties to assist SHAC facilities

• Must have current Work-Study Award (Federal or State)
• Previous experience in a customer service position is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare system as reception, aide, or volunteer is preferred
