- Support Facilities and Shared Resources operations, focusing on equipment inventory, surplus tracking, labeling, and documentation.
- Assist with space management, including organizing areas, clearing space, and moving equipment as needed.
- Submit, monitor, and follow up on iService requests to ensure timely resolution of facility issues.
- Coordinate and manage building access for visitors.
- Maintain and update building directories, signage, and internal notices.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate, organized records related to facilities operations.
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving operational or facilities‑related issues.
- Provide front desk coverage, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries.
- Assist with general administrative tasks for CCRA staff, faculty, and students.
- Current UNM student in good academic standing.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and strong follow‑through on tasks.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Background, coursework, or academic focus in science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a laboratory, research, facilities, or technical environment.
- Prior administrative, customer service, or data entry experience.
