The University of New Mexico Department of Athletics is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic student to serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for Lobo Athletics. In the role of Office Assistant
, you will support daily front desk operations while delivering outstanding customer service to Lobo fans, donors, staff, and student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:- Greet and direct students, visitors, faculty, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
- Assist with sorting, preparing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform campus errands as needed
- Operate standard office equipment, including copiers and fax machines
- Organize and file documents
- Support special projects and assignments as directed
