Maximize the nursing center census in collaboration with the Director of Admissions;
Implement an admissions process on a 24-hour, 7-days per week basis to ensure admission sign-in compliance and high patient/family satisfaction;
Coordinate the nursing center referral flow admissions process including community sales, referral management and admission sign-in using the Genesis Core Operating System (PCC);
Conduct admissions counseling and tours with potential customers, families, and responsible party
