J-Code Administrative Support Specialist

Overview

Bowhead seeks an J-Code Administrative Support Specialist to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) in Albuquerque, NM.

• Support administrative tasks across J-Codes
• Perform administrative duties in a staff activity
• Ensure proper disposition of significant administration workload to maintain pace and scale of ongoing operations
• Provide support to action officers planning executive events
• Maintain personnel and other files, prepares correspondence, and schedules and coordinates travel
• Assist with management of Task Management Tool (TMT) and acts as a TMT SME providing training to new users
• Assist in the preparation of documents and supports the development of contract deliverables and reports
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma at a minimum
• Seven (7) years of relevant experience in staff administrative support
• Administrative Assistant Certification, Certified Administrative Professional, Microsoft Office Specialist or equivalent is preferred

Must currently hold a Secret (or Interim Secret) security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
