About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support client experience operations across our behavioral health and recovery programs. This role is ideal for someone who excels in accuracy, organization, and maintaining structured records. You will play a critical role in ensuring client information, engagement data, and program documentation are consistently updated and reliable, directly supporting client success and care outcomes.
While this is a healthcare environment, the position requires a high level of precision and accountability similar to data-focused roles in fast‑paced, process-driven industries.
- Accurately enter and update client information in internal systems
- Maintain detailed records of client engagement, progress, and program activity
- Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Support onboarding documentation and ensure all required information is properly recorded
- Track and update client status throughout the program lifecycle
- Identify missing or inconsistent data and follow up for correction
- Collaborate with clinical teams, intake staff, and client success teams to ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare data standards
- Assist in organizing and improving data workflows and record‑keeping processes

Experience:
1–4+ years of data entry, administrative support, or records management experience - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage high volumes of data efficiently
- Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
- Data Entry Specialist or Administrative Assistant
- Records Clerk or Documentation Specialist
- Experience in healthcare data entry, patient records, or medical administration (a plus, not required)
- Experience in structured environments requiring accuracy and compliance
