Front Desk Receptionist
Optimum Human + Southwest Women's Oncology | Albuquerque, New Mexico
Why This Role MattersThe front desk is where every patient and client experience begins.
Before they see a provider. Before they experience a treatment. The moment someone walks through the door or calls for the first time, they are forming an impression of this organization. That impression is shaped by the person at the front desk-how they are greeted, how their question is answered, how they feel walking away from that interaction.
At Optimum Human and Southwest Women's Oncology, we hold the front desk to the same standard as clinical care. The Front Desk Receptionist is not a gatekeeper-they are the first expression of who we are. We hire for attitude and aptitude above all else. Credentials matter, but who you are and how you grow matter more.
Who We AreSouthwest Women's Oncology (SWWO) is New Mexico's leading gynecologic oncology practice, delivering advanced cancer care with skill, courage, and compassion.
Optimum Human and Optimum Infusion extend that mission into performance medicine, infusion services, longevity, recovery, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapies, hyperbaric medicine, aesthetics, and human performance.
Together, we operate as a single integrated platform committed to one mission:
To deliver new possibilities in medical care, human performance, and health by uniting passion, knowledge, and precision into something greater than the sum of its parts.
The OpportunityThe Front Desk Receptionist owns the patient and client experience at the point of arrival-managing check-in, scheduling, communications, billing support, and the day-to-day administrative operations that keep the front office running smoothly across a busy, multi-service medical practice.
