Enrollment Services Rep (UNMTemps) - Position Grade: 08
Position Summary:
It is critical thatthe documents coming into the Office of the Registrar are handled in a timely manner. The documents received by the department are time sensitive from a transcript request to the student’s request dealing with grades or adding or dropping a course. This position ensures documents meet the student needs and the department’s expectations. This position works closely with the Coord. Registration staff to ensure documents are prepared correctly for delivery.
In addition, this position will be preparing transcripts and sending them out to students.

Conditions of EmploymentMinimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
- Experience with scanning of documents.
- Experience with handling sensitive documents.
- Data Entry skills with demonstrated accuracy and detail-oriented as evidenced by application materials.
- Experience with computerized student information systems.
