Pay: $17.45 per hour
We are currently hiring three part‑time Data Entry Interviewers to conduct telephone surveys, accurately enter survey data, and maintain confidentiality while following established survey protocols.
Available Positions- Part‑Time Position: 15 hours per week, weekday hours
- Part‑Time Positions: 15 hours per week, weeknight and weekend hours
- Conduct telephone surveys and accurately enter data into survey software
- Read survey scripts verbatim and follow all survey guidelines
- Document call attempts, assign appropriate codes, and schedule follow‑up appointments
- Use neutral probing techniques to gather accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of all records and data
- Complete required HIPAA and other mandatory trainings
- Attend staff meetings, supervisor check‑ins, and training sessions
