Because our receptionist is often the first interaction a client, family member, caregiver, applicant, or community partner has with our company
, the person in this role plays an important part in the experience we provide.
Active listening skills are essential for this position.

Is organized, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a fast-moving team

Help create a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our office
A successful receptionist at Always Best Care doesn't simply hear what someone is saying —
they listen to understand.
You should be able to manage a busy phone, a visitor arriving at the front desk, and competing office priorities while still making the person in front of you feel like they have your attention.
We value employees who show up, follow through, communicate, and can be counted on by their team. A demonstrated history of reliability in previous employment will be an important consideration in our hiring process.
