The Sales Support Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Santa Fe, NM, responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This position coordinates proposals, quotes, and order documentation, maintains accurate records in internal systems, and prepares sales reports and tracking tools. The Sales Support Coordinator communicates with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to schedule meetings, clarify requirements, and follow up on project timelines.
Daily tasks include handling administrative support such as managing calendars, organizing files, processing paperwork, and assisting with presentations and showroom materials. The role collaborates closely with sales representatives and project teams to promote customer satisfaction and efficient execution of furniture and workplace solutions.

- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills to manage documentation, schedules, and organizational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools) and CRM or order management systems is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple deadlines, and commitment to accuracy and follow-through are important.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, or related industries and prior support experience in sales or customer-facing roles are preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, administration, or related fields is a plus.
