Operations Manager
Infiniti of Albuquerque is seeking a dedicated Parts Manager to oversee our parts department and ensure seamless operations that support our dealership’s success. Located in Albuquerque, NM, this role involves managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and leading a team to provide excellent service to our customers and service department.
Pay $55,000-$90,000 per year
Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control and ordering.
- Lead, train, and motivate the parts team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor parts department budget and control costs effectively.
- Proven experience in parts management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or business education is a plus.
