The successful candidate will collaborate in the buildout, refinement and adoption of business-intelligence driven reports, dashboards, and tools for multiple teams to strengthen the use of measurable insights in decision-making processes.
Additional Areas of Responsibility- Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to develop, operate, and maintain complex relational databases. (Experience with fundraising CRM/databases preferred.)
- Baccalaureate degree OR associates degree with three years of experience in a related field.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
