Help

  • Approve all grants and agreements for the unit, as well as notification(s) of funding availability within the limits of delegated authority.
  • Review reimbursement requests, process payments and close out agreements within established procedures.
  • Participate in establishment of internal administrative and financial controls or systems.
  • Negotiate grants and agreements within the limits of delegated authority.
  • Advise on grant or agreement modifications and extensions of performance period(s) for completion of work submitted by the partner.
  • Assist in evaluating proposed legislation to determine extent of probable impact to processes and objectives.
  • Examine appropriate legislative and program authority prior to execution of each grant or agreement.
  • Develop instruments, request proposals, analyze responses and make or recommend acceptance by higher authority.
