The manager develops and implements facility-use procedures, coordinates building access and security needs, supports facility rentals and revenue-generating activities, oversees shared resources, and facilitates ticketing, event services, and public-facing operations. The position also contributes to space planning, facility improvements, emergency preparedness, event promotion and communications, and the collection of facility-use and attendance data. Through these responsibilities, the manager ensures CCAT's shared spaces and resources are coordinated effectively while partnering with individual departments and programs on the specialized technical and programmatic needs of their respective spaces.
