Senior Product Manager

We’re hiring for an AI-native cybersecurity company building products that help organizations identify, prioritize, and act on critical security risks. The company works with enterprises and critical infrastructure organizations to turn complex security data into clear, actionable decisions.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own key product initiatives end-to-end from customer discovery and product strategy to roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, customers, GTM, and executive leadership to build impactful B2B SaaS products in the cybersecurity space. This is a high‑ownership role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution skills
• Cybersecurity product experience is highly preferred
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with engineering teams
• Experience using data, analytics, and customer insights to drive decisions
• Understanding of GenAI / LLMs and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high-growth environment
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and customer-first mindset
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship
• Must be within commuting distance of Albuquerque, New Mexico or San Jose, California and comfortable with an in‑person setup
