A Summer Role That Actually MattersAt East Gate Kids, our summer program is one of the most dynamic seasons of the year. We serve families intentionally, build community deeply, and create structured, joy-filled experiences for school-age children. We are looking for energetic, responsible leaders who want to do more than supervise.
We’re looking for leaders who can manage a group of children with confidence, keep activities moving smoothly, and maintain strong safety standards - while still creating an environment kids are excited to be part of. You can make a big difference creating the kind of memories that shape a child's confidence and friendships for years to come.
This role is ideal for someone who:- Loves being active and outdoors

- Enjoy planning and playing games, doing various activities, and creative group challenges
- Stay calm and solution-focused when plans change
- Are comfortable leading groups of children with confidence
- Take safety and responsibility seriously
- Want to be part of a team that values excellence, not mediocrity
This is not a "clock in and coast" summer job. We are building a high-performing team.

Required:
- High School Diploma or GED; degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred

- Ability to lead groups confidently and maintain safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
