Who We Want

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Restoration and Construction Specialist who brings field experience, leadership, and attention to detail to every job. The right candidate is a proactive problem‑solver who works well independently and with diverse teams, especially in high‑pressure environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Mobilize immediately to potential loss sites.
  • Lead temporary labor teams with confidence and clarity.
  • Enforce safety standards and OSHA/EPA regulations.
  • Prepare job sites, tools, and materials daily; maintain cleanliness.
  • Accurately track labor, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Conduct quality control checks and document progress.
  • Collaborate with project managers and communicate challenges in real time.
  • Follow all Mooring Safety policies and SOPs.
  • Utilize internal systems for time tracking and reporting.
Qualifications Required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with manual and power tools and construction equipment.
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions and during weekends, nights, or holidays.
  • Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable following detailed oral and written instructions.
Ideal
  • Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction industries.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and IICRC standards.
  • Willingness to obtain industry certifications (e.g., OSHA 10, WTR, ASD, FSRT, etc.).
