Who We WantWe’re seeking a reliable and motivated Restoration and Construction Specialist who brings field experience, leadership, and attention to detail to every job. The right candidate is a proactive problem‑solver who works well independently and with diverse teams, especially in high‑pressure environments.
What You’ll Do- Mobilize immediately to potential loss sites.
- Lead temporary labor teams with confidence and clarity.
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA/EPA regulations.
- Prepare job sites, tools, and materials daily; maintain cleanliness.
- Accurately track labor, materials, and equipment usage.
- Conduct quality control checks and document progress.
- Collaborate with project managers and communicate challenges in real time.
- Follow all Mooring Safety policies and SOPs.
- Utilize internal systems for time tracking and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with manual and power tools and construction equipment.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and during weekends, nights, or holidays.
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable following detailed oral and written instructions.
- Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction industries.
- Knowledge of OSHA and IICRC standards.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (e.g., OSHA 10, WTR, ASD, FSRT, etc.).
