Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Vital Consulting Group, LLC provides full-service civil construction throughout the Rocky Mountain and Southwest regions, specializing in concrete paving, structures, and foundations.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, safety, and budget expectations.

• Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans
• Manage project budgets, costs, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Support procurement, submittals, and documentation processes
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in civil construction project management
• Knowledge of concrete paving and structural construction preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
