You will lead on-site construction operations for commercial projects, managing all aspects from daily supervision through project closeout. This role requires a hands-on, proactive leader who can coordinate subcontractors, maintain strict safety standards, enforce quality control, and keep projects on schedule and budget. As Superintendent, you will serve as a key point of contact to project teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution on-site.

Your expertise will be vital in delivering projects that meet the company’s high standards and support its mission of exceptional client service.
Direct and manage daily field operations to meet project schedules and milestones
Supervise subcontractors, craft personnel, and on-site teams to maintain quality and safety
Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and contractual requirements
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers for timely issue resolution
Monitor site logistics, materials delivery, and equipment usage efficiently
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications
Anticipate potential project delays or problems and implement corrective actions
Assist in mentoring and developing junior field staff
7+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent
Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, safety standards, and quality control
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
Proficient with construction management tools and technology
