A leading multifamily contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate is a proven field leader with extensive multifamily construction experience who can manage complex projects, coordinate multiple trades, and drive schedules while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects from groundbreaking through turnover
• Manage Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with Project Managers
• Coordinate and sequence multiple trades to ensure efficient project execution
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within established budgets
  
  Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
• Enforce job site safety and OSHA compliance standards
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to prevent project delays
• Communicate project progress with ownership, leadership, clients, and project teams
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and turnover activities

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or multifamily construction
• Extensive experience managing ground-up multifamily projects
• Experience leading projects valued at $20M+ preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and large subcontractor teams
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Stable work history with reputable multifamily or commercial contractors
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Salary Range: $130,000 – $175,000+ per year (based on experience)
