We are raising the standard for restoration and remodeling in Albuquerque and surrounding areas through precision, accountability, craftsmanship, and real teamwork.

You’ll inspect properties, build accurate scopes, create detailed Xactimate estimates, and maintain organized documentation that supports profitable and efficient restoration work. This role requires strong technical accuracy, emotional intelligence, urgency, and operational discipline.

A successful Restoration Estimator at Next Level:

• Delivers accurate estimates within required timelines
• Maintains complete and organized documentation
• Communicates proactively with the team
• Helps projects move efficiently from inspection to completion
• Builds trust with clients through professionalism and clarity
• Raises the standard of quality inside the company

Required:

• Restoration estimating experience
• Xactimate proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Professional communication with clients, carriers, and teammates
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to perform field inspections in residential and commercial environments

Preferred:

• Encircle experience
• IICRC certifications (WRT, AMRT, FSRT, etc.)
• Insurance restoration experience
• Construction or reconstruction knowledge

Experience with supplements and insurance communication
