Operations Manager
We are representing a leading construction firm specializing in hospitality and multifamily projects. Their mission is to deliver high-quality construction services while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Superintendent who can manage $15-20M hospitality and multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Projects will be all located in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations on the job site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project progress and report to upper management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management for projects such as: hospitality, multifamily, student housing, mixed use residential, etc.
- Field management experience of ground up projects at least $15M+
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with both hospitality and multifamily projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices.
The salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $145,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
