Façade Estimator – Gpac (Albuquerque, NM)

We are looking for a dynamic Estimator with strong glass, glazing, or facade estimating experience and a passion for success. All other trades will NOT be considered.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Prefer 0-5+ years of Project Management experience with Storefront, Window Wall, Curtain wall, Sunshades/Screens, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, and Skylight projects.
• Unitized Curtain wall experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
• Ability to handle project management from acquisition of contract through close‑out (RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close‑out documentation).
• Prefer ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings, and schedules to understand architectural intent.
• Prefer experience with project management software, spreadsheets, and estimating software.
• Prefer a track record of finalizing projects under budget and managing accrued material, equipment, and labor costs.
• MUST have experience in the Glass and Glazing or Commercial Facade Industry.
• Must have the desire to grow professionally.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, architects, management, and site personnel.
