The Communications Coordinator Project Manager will play a vital role in overseeing projects relating to communications initiatives. This team member will work closely with the Communications Manager to see that each component of the project or initiative is aligned with the communication strategy. They will collaborate with other departments to ensure all contributors understand thegoals, objectives, and deadlines relating to the project.

Sagebrush has eight physical locations, plus an online and TV presence, reaching thousands of people each week. With that reach comes a high volume of communication needs. This role helps us stay organized, proactive, and unifiedin everything we create—keeping our message of Knowing Christ and Making Christ Known clear and consistent across every platform.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Great communication and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Team player who values clarity,creativity, and collaboration.
• Experience with project management software like  preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full creative request process from intake to delivery using
• Build and maintain timelines to keep projects on schedule.
• Keep projects organized, communication clear, and deadlines met.
• Serve as themain point of contact between the Communications Department and ministry leaders (and coordinate with the Communications Manager as needed).
• Gather event details and content from campuses to support upcoming promotions.
• Review materials for clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
• Collect and organize photos, stories, and ministry highlights for campaigns.
• Draft short blurbs, emails, event descriptions, weekly sermon descriptions, callback lines,or updates for internal and external use.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates in a professional office environment. This person will routinely use standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, and copiers. Fieldwork may require incidental travel outside the office to various locations.
