About the Project

Sinoir Media recently wrapped principal photography on "2016," a high-concept music video for Ozzlynd. Shot across historic Albuquerque landmarks and stylized sets, the project explores themes of "Digital Decay" and "Hyper-Glam" surrealism. We are looking for a visionary editor to help us craft this "digital relic" into a final masterpiece.

We need an editor who can balance high-energy pacing with a "messy-but-expensive" aesthetic. You aren't just cutting clips; you are helping build a world that feels like a 2010s fever dream filtered through modern, high-fidelity cinema.

• Main Edit: One 3–4 minute music video.
• Social Assets: 12 short-form teasers (Reels/Tik Tok/Shorts).
• Workflow: Collaboration with artist Ozzlynd, DP Brent Peterson, and Producer Ryan Rocha to finalize the cut before moving to color/SFX.

• Advanced Raw Workflow: Proficiency managing 4K RAW footage (Pro Res 4444/BRAW/R3D) using a Proxy-to-Master workflow for high-bitrate efficiency.
• Color Science Mastery: Expertise in LOG-to-Grade pipelines (F-Log/C-Log) with a focus on high-contrast "Look Development" (maintaining neon/glitter vibrancy vs. gritty shadows).
• Variable Aspect Ratios: Experience executing both 4:3 (Vintage/Relic) and 2.39:1 (Cinematic Widescreen) deliveries.
• "Digital Decay" Aesthetic: Creative ability to apply intentional textures—
  film grain, light leaks, and glitch transitions
  —to replicate a 2016-era "Indie-Sleaze" Tumblr aesthetic.
• Technical Asset Integration: Skill in blending 102MP Medium Format stills and specialized sponsor assets into a cohesive cinematic narrative.
• Rhythmic Assembly: A strong sense of pacing to sync high-fidelity 24-bit audio with fast-moving, "Hyper-Glam" production visuals.

• Master Export: 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) for You Tube/Vevo.
• Social Crops: 9:16 Vertical for Tik Tok/Reels/Shorts
• 1:1 Square for Instagram Feed.
• Audio: Final mix will be a high-fidelity WAV file from Ozzlynd's studio.

• This is a flat-fee contract position.
• Credits on the final film and IMDb.
• Opportunity for recurring work with Sinoir Media on upcoming productions.
